Module 3 – Prototyping and pilots

Module 3 Learn how to support teams launching innovative social ventures in prototyping and testing. This module will provide support with the viability and feasibility of the project. It will have a general understanding of basic servic design tools such as personas, empathy map and customer. These will enable the social innovator to build and test the social value proposition.

To approach in the best way the contents of this module it’s important to have acquired knowledge about how to articulate the social value proposition (MODULE 2 – Unite 1) and how to identify strengths and weakness of a product/service (MODULE 2 – Unite 2).
