ESII Project partners meeting and final conference in Ruse

On the 17th and 18th July 2017 ESII partners attended the fifth and final transnational meeting in Ruse, hosted by Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Being the last partners’ meeting of the project, its main aim was to examine and present last project activities in order to check them and collect input from partners to prepare the Final Report.
The main issues discussed were:

  • Pilot test and multipliers events: implemented activities and main achievements, preliminary findings and feedbacks from participants and stakeholders involved;
  • Collection and evaluation of results: number of questionnaires collected by partners through the SurveyMonkey platform;
  • Dissemination and exploitation activities: monitoring of communication and dissemination efforts, debate and plans on project results sustainability.
  • Final Report preparation: plans to collect input from the partners, contribution required by partners and instruction on supporting document to be provided.

During the two day meeting, Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry also organized the final conference of the project, which had the following agenda:
